Halloween's Chocolate Slump: Higher Prices, Fewer Buyers

Halloween chocolate sales fell $33.1 million, the steepest drop in at least three years. Candy prices are up 15.3%, gas is above $4, and a weight-loss shot the White House made cheaper is cutting the cravings.
