Send Us a Tip

Know something Florida's powerful don't want public? A contract, a vote, a record, something happening in your county? Tell us.

How it works

A person reads every tip. We don't publish a tip as-is: we check it independently against records and other sources before anything runs, and many tips become a public-records request first.

We protect sources

We don't reveal who gives us tips or documents without their permission.

Protect yourself

Don't send tips from a work computer, work phone or work email account. Use a personal device. Don't send the only copy of a document you need to keep.

Our contact form is not anonymous or encrypted. If your safety or your job depends on it, say so in your first message without details, and we'll work out a safer way to talk.
